Disliked: To much smoke in area and so had an asthma attack on arrival. Linen looked clean but beds you could feel the bed springs when I sat on the bed.we did not sleep there.Returned the keys within 10 minutes. Requested a refund nothing heard from manager.

Close to transport

Liked: It was close to public transport in walking distance was comfort Ty’s staff were very welcoming and exceeded their customer service skills
Disliked: The bed was comfort yet the springs are Viking through on the mattress needing a new mattresses the shower needs fixing tye tsps gage a problem in the bathroom with shower and toilet bear room 10. Needs to be more toilet paper not enough.

Great Location

Liked: the location is great.. right across from the train station.
Disliked: was quite dirty. was the only downfall.

Decent and expected if not...

Liked: Was very accessible and easy to navigate. Was not overly busy and had access to a bar right down stairs. It was also quite close to the train station making it a perfect spot if wanting to travel all over Sydney.
Disliked: Was not overly clean and seemed like quite an old building. The bathroom in the private room was also quite small and not overly accessible.
