Beautiful hotel in a prime...

Liked: This is a really nice hotel, well-run, clean and quiet. The location is ideal if you’re looking to stay a bit outside downtown but still in the heart of things. The transportation connections are great, with the Green Line station literally on the doorstep. Of course to get all this you will pay a premium, but it’s worth it.

Comfortable and convenient.

Liked: Good location next to the Kenmore T. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The hotel is not as luxurious as the website sets out. It is a comfortable enough middle of the road hotel.

Highly recommend and will stay...

Liked: This hotel is incredible value for the price. The location couldn't be beat - 10 minute walk to Fenway. The room was huge and spotless, and the temperature control actually worked. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in recent memory, it was the best sleep I've gotten in a hotel in a long time. We will most likely stay here again next time we're in the area.
Disliked: There was a mix-up with the valet parking. We called ahead to let them know we have an oversized vehicle, we were assured that would not be an issue. When we parked they told us they couldn't accept our truck. They eventually rectified the issue and parked our truck, but some better communication between the valets would be helpful. The water temperature was very finnicky. Both the shower and the sink go from freezing cold to painfully hot easily. Not a big deal but was noticeable.

Liked: Great location on the green line, easy ride to TD Garden
Disliked: Second to last day the temperature plunged and so did our room temperature, I put the temp up higher before going out hoping we would have a warm room when we returned, unfortunately we returned to an even colder room, called the desk and engineering came, couldn’t fix it so we lived with a very cold room for the night . On check out I got the usual “because it’s a 3rd party booking I can’t do anything for you”. Well I think somebody should.
