Had a good time there

Liked: The renovated room we stayed in was excellent
Disliked: Parts of the property are dated but supposedly are going to be renovated this winter.

It is what it is,...

Liked: The location was fine, on sea front. The food, a buffet, was okay, reasonable, nothing exceptional. The salad’s were excellent but all the meats were either tough, cool or very fatty ….but what do you expect ..
Disliked: The place looked shabby and tired. The room furniture was very tired and needed attention, very scratched, marked, just generally awful. The bath was very poor, the bottom was stained and looked like it had paint all over bottom. The side of the bath was very high, when you consider this double up as a shower, very unsafe and you have to be athletic to get in.Advise and information about how the system works, drinks with meals and fire exits not really available or obvious, unless I assume you have a QR code reader, very poor, I do not as I was scammed once using a QR code …never again …old school, yes, but a customer none the less.Door handle did work well on room. Floor plating on level to 400’s from lifts raised.I accept its October but any adult entertainment, none existent.When the hotel suggest there is PET accommodation, it one of the rooms, could be next door to you …I had the joy of the room next door having a happy dog …great …and my other side room, the guy with his little daughter, was just a haze or smell of Cannabis throughout the day …lovely …There is more but why bother ……

Lovely hotel with excellent staff

Liked: Great reception staff who went out of their way to help. Lovely spacious room with a balcony and sea view. Breakfast had lots of options. A lovely relaxing stay. There are a couple of good bars only a couple of blocks away, good supermarkets and a shopping centre nearby. Lots of free parking too!
Disliked: The coffee and juice are truly terrible! The only low point.

Liked: Food was hot and constantly replenishedThe size of the 2 rooms and balconies with sunbeds. Had a refurbished room
Disliked: The reception area was a huge space but was very sparse with no comfortable seating.The inside bar not very inviting, tables and chairs very tired for a four star hotel.
