Liked: Overall this property was good in every aspect of our stay.
Disliked: It didn't have a gym. Parking was secure but had to take it to a car park to park it yourself which forced us not to want to use it during our stay.

Funky old world charm in...

Liked: There’s a funky retro old world charm and elegance to this hotel. A nice antidote to corporate cookie cutter hotels that are design current but soulless. Great location near Piazza Bra. The hotel is family owned and operated, and the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed.
Disliked: Mattress could have been a little softer.
