Excellent value would definitely use...

Liked: Room was very good modern facilities all presented nicely and was clean. They also have ev charging points in their lower car park which was excellent for me driving an electric car.
Disliked: The only problem we had were the extra charges I had taken from my bank account we took our dog with us which wasn't a problem for the hotel but we were charged an extra 15 pounds for him then there was a 10 pound charge for parking maybe I missed that when I booked the room but it should be made clearer for people to understand.

Generally very pleasant

Liked: The hotel is in a central location, very handy for the local amenities and the beach.
Disliked: We had no hot water in the shower on both mornings of our stay.

Liked: Lovely decor, excellent location, friendly staff
Disliked: Our room was by a small set of stairs which were very noisy (room 114), we were woken every time someone went up or down the stairs. The room was extremely hot even with the radiator turned off - we tried opening the window but the road was very noisy. We were still able to hear traffic with the window shut. The shower had no hot water unless you let it run for 10 minutes before getting in. We booked the hotel as it had a pool, jacuzzi and sauna however when we wanted to use the facilities there were swimming lessons so we were not able to use the pool. Had we been made aware that the pool would be out of use for over an hour and a half we would have planned our day different so we could actually use the facilities. The sauna was also not up to temperature.
