Lovely stay and will return

Liked: Really enjoyed the stay, the room was lovely clean and tidy. The facilities were ideal, loved the dip in the pool and sauna. Breakfast was good, a good choice from the menu and the staff were really friendly and happy to help with anything you need. The location of the hotel was great with Bournemouth just a 10 minute walk away.

Liked: Great location, staff were friendly, reception let us check in early as the room was ready, hotel is modern and clean.
Disliked: When checking out there was a large queue at reception, waited around 20 minutes to check out.

Fabulous overnight stay

Liked: Very helpful polite staff throughout the hotel. Spotlessly clean in a great location for BIC and beach/town centre. Loved the indoor pool and spa

Disliked: The staff was very rude and unprofessional they were picking on us cause we were asian they refused to sell us water and caused drama that we were a threat and called the police on us for no reason.They end up switching off the water supply in our room the last night so we had to use water bottle to wash out self and couldn’t flush our toilet. They charged us for facilities when other people in the place was not being charged. Odd guest was helping us and backing us up and said not to tolerate this as when we spoke up they threatened to call the police and throw us out. Also our room door was broken the door wouldn’t close or lock there was no security when we left our passport or money in the rooms. when we complained the staff would back up there staff saying we are lying so we start taking videos as other guest advised us to take videos and complain.
