Liked: Lovely hotel with lovely staff. The hotel is a little run down, our room had cracked and broken tiles in the bathroom and there was damp damage in the bathroom too. Small things but could be easily rectified. Other than that, we had a lovely stay.

Liked: The staff were exceptional. Central location close to all amenities, culture and restaurants
Disliked: The hotel has an ongoing issue with room keys, whereby guests are not issued with a key and have to rely on the hotel staff to accompany them to their rooms, each and very time the guest needs to get into their rooms.For a hotel which describes itself as 'luxury', this is both inconvenient and disruptive.This has been ongoing for sometime, with no prior explanation in the 'welcome email', nor any concession offered for the inconvenience.Breakfast is £14.95 per person; continental breakfast is also available, at £14.95 per person.......

Lovely night spent with family

Liked: Beds were so comfortable, most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Staff were so lovely. Can’t remember staffs name, but gentlemen on the night shift were so lovely,

Liked: Staff very friendly
Disliked: 1. No room key issued throughout stay due to a technical issue with programming cards. No compensation - no free drink, far less a rate reduction - but had to be escorted to the room I’d paid for throughout my stay by a staff member who opened the room door. 2. Very surprised to be encouraged for the first time ever to pre-order breakfast food the night before. 3. Both hand towels in the room were not clean and had to be replaced.
