Liked: It could not have been cleaner. Nice shower, easy to use. My room, a small single, had a nice layout. It had a warm feeling.
Disliked: Really nothing. Hotels are expensive these days, so I can't say it was inappropriately priced.

Liked: The employees were too nice and they helped me a lot. I appreciate how they care about their customer. Also, my experience was over that I expected. It was near to hauptbahnhof also to dom. It was also comfortable. I would definitely prefer again when I come Köln again.
Disliked: Things on the sink were a little bit dusty but the room and bedding were totally clean!

Very Pleasant!

Liked: The breakfast staff was one of the nicest that I had encountered in any hotel. It was my third stay there, but this morning was the first time I had gone in for breakfast. And it was a pleasant experience and a wonderful way to start the day!Our room was excellent and large, for the price we paid, and it was very clean with a pleasant smell. We were facing the street, but couldn't hear anything at night, even with the window/door cracked open.And leaving the hotel, and making a couple of turns to the right, you'll find yourself in a very varied restaurant street.Across the street, just further up in the famous King Georg Jazzclub. There are always amazing performers there. Not to be missed!
Disliked: Nobody's perfect! All their good points overshadow their bad ones.
