Liked: We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The room is beautiful and what you see in the photos are exactly what you’ll get. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Leon was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place is close to the Metro station. The hotel gave us Pasta Toscana which I find very generous of them.

Liked: The staff were really friendly and accommodating. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants, called in to check that we were happy with our room and even delivered a free gift during our stay. The rooms are clean and tidy and well-tended to. The buffet breakfast was so delicious and the overall cost of our stay, including breakfast, was well worth it. Would highly recommend.
Disliked: I can't fault anything from our stay here. The location from the city center is a little far, but we knew this ahead of time and we're willing to travel that little bit further in order to save money.

Liked: Nice staff, good breakfast, location 5 minutes walk from buses and metro station. Close to shops and restaurants. Bed was confy.
Disliked: Mold on the bathroom walls and in the shower. Bathroom door in bad shape. Windows and courtins need a wash. The hotel is not bad at all but a deep cleaning would make it better.
