Disliked: Heating unit didn't work.

Disliked: Parking was 26 dollars for one night. Plus I get home and check my bank statement and there's a withdrawal from the hotel for $50. Not sure what the other $24 was for. Taking money out of someone's account and not telling them is unacceptable. Still waiting to hear back from accounting department. Not happy about this.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and smelled great. The bed linens were fabulous! And the bed so comfortable! Beautiful decor that matched the era of the building quite well. Love it when the buildings are restored not updated.

Liked: Love the historical building and that it was restored, not updated.
Disliked: The bathroom was rather small.

Liked: Rooms were nice, gym was great and clean presentation.
Disliked: Dining area was great but the service was SUPER SLOW. Slug speed. Seemed like 4 ppl working and all justvwalking around looking like they were busy. Did not have a great selection of snack or anything to buy.. and was a limited menu for ordering.. stopping being fancy and get some good basics.

The restaurant/bar was horrible and...

Disliked: The food and drinks at the restaurant were not prepared properly. Items were overcooked, and the drinks were not what we ordered. When I said something to the server, she advised that I could simply write a bad review.
