Disliked: We had a disappointing stay. Some of the elevators were out of service and so we had to wait a long time to get a ride. The furniture was in poor condition and torn, and the shower didn't work properly. The bathtub was worn out and dirty. I had booked a room with a balcony but was given a regular room due to the hotel being fully booked.
