Liked: The Hôtel is clean worth the money we paid for and a distance from quebec city the room was clean had a bit smell which went away after we aired it out.. however i must say the customer service is not 100% we check-in around 1:30am the counter staff looked like he didn’t want to be there couldn’t ask questions about our stay he gave me a folded paper to sign and kept on saying sign sign while on the phone with another customer i’m sorry but i’m not signing anything without knowing anything… then i unfolded the paper to find out it was my invoice.. we had a no wifi in our room we asked twice but the staff questioned us about again in a very unfriendly way.. If customer service is improved and its a good hotel to stay with family

Pathetic.

Liked: Sarene was the only staff who knows how to treat people in a good way.
Disliked: There was water shut down in whole hotel building for a whole day. Manager was so rude & mean , his name was Emmanuel Gabrielle . when I asked him for my full refund , he started yelling at me.

Liked: Great value! Indoor free parking. Rooms renovated. Friendly staff. Our shower drain was blocked but the staff came up quickly to fix the issues.
Disliked: Not enough handicap parking. Would be nice to have clearly indicated handicap parking indoors on P1.
