Disliked: The hotel charged us twice for one night. We payed upfront on Booking.com, and then they charged us again on checkin with out returning the funds.

Freiburg was great!

Liked: Right by the tram, so easy access into the city. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No kettle in the room.

Liked: Room spacious and comfortable. Well located for tram
Disliked: freight railway at back of property. breakfast ran out of food on the Sunday
