Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The room was very cold, it took few hours to have a decent temperature, the TV was not working properly the signal was going up and down

Good location but check the...

Liked: The staff were lovely and the building is beautiful.
Disliked: Our room was poor. Overly warm, tired and run down. It was not worth the price at all.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff

Liked: Excellent classically styled hotel situated in the centre of Francavilla. Large free carpark next to the hotel. Very nice staff.

Liked: Close to amenities nearest Lido 7 minute walk
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit basic though staff were very nice.

Liked: Clean, nice staff, breakfast ok, good coffe
Disliked: The location between the busy road and the railroad tracks unfortunately subtracts points from this facility

Liked: Clean, comfortable, calm, well organised.
Disliked: Work going on next door was a bit noisy. But hopefully it will be complete soon.
