Liked: Fantastic location, staff was very friendly and helpful, clean room
Disliked: Toilet would develop a smell over night even when it hadn’t been used, once we opened the balcony door the smell would go

Quality hotel, perfect location good...

Liked: It was so central and close to the Cruise terminal port. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Accomodation was really nice and the included breakfast was delicious
Disliked: The bed was a little squeaky

Liked: Great location near the old city, so easy to walk to many restaurants and also the port. Room was an average size but the bed was v comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I think the hotel suffers with not having an onsite bar or restaurant, although they do have room service but you have to pay separately as can't be added to the hotel bill
