Liked: Before arriving I had some concerns about the distance between public parking spaces at Baluarte and the hotel but when we arrived we were offered a newly acquired space in an adjacent underground car park which was perfect. The room was not big but everything about it was spotless, well designed and implemented. We hadn't booked breakfast but did have a coffee and croissant in the little hotel cafe, both were very good.
Disliked: Arriving on a Sunday evening, the hotel did not seem to be open and there were various automatic machines for document ID etc, one of which had a smashed screen - not an encouraging welcome! However, a lady appeared only a few minutes later, apologised for the delay and proceeded to be very helpful indeed. Also the reception area was small and pretty gloomy at that time of day. In the morning, the adjacent hotel cafe was open to the reception area and the whole space took on a much lighter, more open and welcoming character.

Just loved our stay

Liked: This is a perfect place to spend time in Pamplona. Fabulous cafe and bar serving amazing pintxos and small plates and the buffet breakfast is good value. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and serviced daily. Everything is spotless and well designed. The staff are friendly and helpful and enjoy their jobs. The hotel is really central with great food bars and restaurants and supermarkets very close by. All the sights are a short walk away and of course it's a Camino city. We were sorry to leave this hotel and vibrant city.
Disliked: Only a kettle in the room would have improved our stay.

Liked: After a long trip, we were kindly welcomed and were offered a parking spot in an underground garage right aside the hotel.The room was as described, clean, the staff was very friendly and there is a nice tapas restaurant on the ground floor!
