Liked: Amazing staff that helped and advised us getting the best tour and other great reccomandations with a wonderful attitude and service.The room was very clean.The location is more than perfect!
Disliked: The 'small things':The double bed was actually 2 separate beds that got separated again and again. A sheet can't really hold 2 beds together.The bathroom includes only a shampoo. No glass no showercup and no other accessoryIt was uncomfortable for me.

Good for a business stay

Great hotel, close to everything...
Liked: We had 3 rooms and they were bigger then expected ( ask for room 32 is a corner room and more spatious). Rooms were clean and the hotel is located close to all the sights. We had a bit of misunderstanding with the parking but the staff was really great at making up for it ( parking is down the block-not far- and the car cannot be brought right in front of the hotel, the street is blocked at the corner of the hotel).Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location for visiting Florence
Liked: The hotel is located just a few blocks from the train station. No need for a taxi. Additionally it was just a few blocks from the Duomo. Excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was quick to provide good recommendations. We had a room with an attached bathroom. The bathroom was quite large. Very nice.Rooms were cleaned only every other day. This was not a problem for us but just be aware of the frequency.
Disliked: Walls were quite thin. I could hear the people talking next door the first night. The next day I turned on the AC to low, which then canceled out any noise from the neighbors' discussions. You can also hear doors closing into the hallway. If you are a light sleeper this could be a problem.
