HOTEL IS NOT WORKING TAKE...

Disliked: Hotel isnt even working. Made a reservation before traveling 2 weeks in advance. Even got a response in my request. Upon arrival hotel was closed with no way to contact anyone. We had to look for a new hotel or sleep in the streets of Vienna. Easily the worst experience in our life

Disliked: The communication!!! I asked for second keys and they told me they couldnt give me, but i can understand that. However, despite me telling them i dont want them to clean my room ( i also speak german, so im 100% sure the cleaner lady understood me right) AND putting the do not disturb sign on the door, they went in, unplugged my laptop (!), moved my suitcase, a lot of clothes and many of my stuff in general - but apart from the bins they didnt clean anything else, not even made the bed ?! They did move everything from the one bedside table, but didnt touch the other.
