Liked: Amazing hotel very comfortable and clean room - just in-front of metro station and tram as well which makes the location very convenient. Shams the lady in the reception was so welcoming and helpful she was amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Still waiting for my refund money!!! Although shared all details of my bank account with the hotel City Residence

Liked: It is close to the AKH, train station and McDonald's
Disliked: Very small room. Unconfourtable bed and pillow. Tre receptionist was talking on the mobile phone throughout our check-in. She was not helpfull.The train station is right în front of the hotel and you will hear the trains all the time.As it was a national holliday, we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel

Liked: This is was our one night in Vienna and it was just what we needed! The hotel is right next to the subway station. Comfy beds and hot water is the plus. During winter the room was warm.
Disliked: - wifi speed - the wifi keeps disconnecting

Liked: Price was pretty ok
Disliked: There is no heating in there room. Bed were very very soft that sleeping is noncomforable on them. Some big hole on the wall :) Some sound from street .
