Liked: Everything good, except there was a sound coming from heating radiators. It was difficult to sleep. I bouht ear plugs at the pharmacy, which solved the problem :)

Convenient Stay in Vienna with...

Liked: We had a great stay at this hotel in late March. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station and around 10 minutes on foot to Stephansdom, making it a perfect base for exploring Vienna. The breakfast was superb, with a nice selection and plenty of space filled with daylight as its placed in a "garden room" covered with a glass roof; it was never crowded during our stay, which made for a relaxing start to each day. Towels were changed and beds made daily. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Would definitely consider staying here again.
Disliked: The only downside we noticed was the lack of sound insulation in our room. We could clearly hear conversations, a TV, and even light switches from the adjacent room. At one point, our young daughter was laughing around 9pm, and someone knocked on the wall — likely trying to get some rest. While it didn’t bother us too much, especially since our neighbours weren’t particularly loud, it’s something to keep in mind for those who are sensitive to noise or expecting a quieter environment. Also, our double room had only one socket.

Liked: Breakfast was fantastic, excellent selection of hot, cold savouries, sweet items and fresh options. Would like to have breakfast for every meal of the day.
Disliked: Room was small, and walls quite thin. I am a little hard of hearing and yet when I put the TV up loud enough for me to hear someone complained. Also not enough plug sockets in the rooms, it was not possible to plug my phone in overnight anywhere near my bed.
