Liked: Location, rooms were good size, bathroom and shower were also a good size.
Disliked: Had a noise chiller in the room, so no proper aircon, but in april room was fine.Their computer system got hacked giving hacker access via booking.com for fraud. Which caused us a lot agro with credit card and losses. If ever in doubt contact hotel directy!

Liked: Great place to stay with an awesome location, friendly staff, and nice rooms. I didn’t get the room I was originally booked for (with a hot tub) but they put me on the top floor to make up for it.If you’re tall, the beds might be a little short for you. I’m 6ft tall, and my feet hung off a little bit.

Liked: The location of the hotel was very good, the breakfast was adequate. The service friendly. They arranged a driver to take us to Teotihuacan. They served us a complimentary lunchbox for the ride, they provided with extra towels, a hair dryer and complimentary filtered water. Our room on the 7th floor had a terrace, which was nice, and the glass doors absorbed the noise from the street. The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge.
Disliked: Our room had a very small closet space but had some cabinets (inconveniently placed above the bed). No desk but a very narrow shelf that could barely accomodate our laptop. No luggage rack. In other words the room was bare of furniture. The lighting was poor, only 2 small lights on the ceiling. The shower had only the ceiling shower system, so bring a shower cap! I think that adding a small table with a lamp and a luggage rack could have made the room much more comfortable!The breakfast room was sad, needs some update.

It’s an okay stay

Liked: Likes: the room I chose had a jacuzzi out in the balcony and the room was spacious Dislikes: there were bed BUGS!!! Also, lots of spiders especially outside in the balcony. There is no built-in air conditioner but there is a portable one but it isn’t too strong. I mainly found the money I paid isn’t worth the actual value of the hotel/room.
