Superb customer service

Liked: The staff here were exceptionally helpful and kind. Clean, spacious accommodations. Nice breakfast. Excellent location in the heart of Condesa. Access to filtered water was a major plus.
Disliked: Lack of comfortable seating options inside the room. To relax, you basically had to be in bed. The balcony was nice, though!
