Great location, not great inside

Liked: The hotel is in a fantastic location, with Rosenborg park visible from the door. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we had no complaints about them at all. We also liked that the windows blocked out noise well. Also, the breakfast is really nice - it is mostly cold options like bread, cheese, pastries etc, but they also had hard and soft boiled eggs. It was all fresh and very nice to start the day.
Disliked: The hotel is really dated. The lift is small and clunky, there are wires hanging out of the walls in the corridor. The carpets are worn and appear unclean (take some slippers!), the room was tiny and we could bsrely squeeze around the "double" bed, the bathroom is a wetroom which felt worn out with a toilet that didn't feel entirely sanitary. The beds are uncomfortable and the sheets don't feel clean - we found red stains on a pillow, but didn't find them until before we were due to check out so we didn't feel able to complain. The TV is dated and the remote didn't work (and was filthy), there were no water bottles or cups in the room as shown in hotel photos, and the door locks are old fashioned and felt flimsy. The towels were the thinnest I have ever seen in my life. Also, in the early hours of the morning, bin men were making noises like explosions and then hacking up spit in the street - this is not the hotel's fault, but leave your windows open at your peril!If you need a cheaper (by Copenhagen standards) place to stay then this place is fine, but we wouldn't stay here again and we didn't sleep well as we felt uncomfortable and unclean.

Disliked: Hannah the manager was hopeless a tv had broken down when I cleaner used it while cleaning and we couldn’t get it to work it took 2 and half hours to get someone and it was a simple button grrrrrr

Lovely comfortable place to stay...

Liked: Comfortable quiet friendly relaxing outlook proximity to park, harbour, old town etc. Nice room with opening window.
Disliked: Nothing except Wi-Fi weak in room

Comfortable stay in dated hotel

Liked: Location is excellent. Quiet in room.
Disliked: Facilities were lacking, such as a fridge in the room. Only 1 towel was provided. Room is dated - quite old-fashioned. WiFi not necessarily secure!Cost of room for 2 nights is expensive for the quality when compared to other European cities, but I suppose that's just how expensive Copenhagen is!
