Liked: There was nothing to like
Disliked: Hotel is under construction, the one thing I was looking forward to the most was the pool and spa which were closed. Was woken up Sunday morning with banging and drilling. My stay was for 3 nights and I left after the 2nd night.

It would have been nice...

Liked: The bed and room set up was nice
Disliked: Dirty, construction dust everywhere, elevator out of service, pool and hot tub out of service, continental breakfast out of service.

Liked: This doesn't apply. I wasn't able to check in due to a mistake on the website and construction.
Disliked: Never able to check ✔️ in to the hotel. I spoke to a customer service from Booking. Com and explained to her what happened. She was to get back to me within 48 hours for my full refund. It's been close to 120 hours and no reply from Booking. Com. Instead I get this crappie survey. WTH!!!

Will give the hotel another...

Disliked: You should advertise that the hotel is in remodeling and I think $200 deposit to spend the night is to much
