Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The bathroom was a bit small, the room needed more lighting, and the bed was a bit to high for someone short.

Disliked: Beds/bedding could be upgraded. Bathroom especially needed remodeling

Liked: Location. Super quaint. A bit dated but that’s part of the charm. The only update I would recommend is the bathroom.
Disliked: Older bath and very small

Old Santa Fe in a...

Liked: This hotel has grasped the nature of the Santa Fe vibe. The rooms are quintessential New Mexico and ours had a nice fireplace, although the temps were warm and we didn't use it. The room was nicely decorated and clean, and provided both a sitting area and sleeping areas. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The on site bar had a generous pour, and we took advantage of the small area of outside seating on a beautiful day. It is very centrally located in downtown Santa Fe.
Disliked: Our room showed a little age, and the bathroom was quite small, but it met our basic needs.

Disliked: Room temp was not adjustable. Had to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. No parking to check.in, no valet services were offered

Liked: Location was great. Bed and bed linens/pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms need updating. Bath and dressing area need attention
