Liked: Very helpful staff; very clean; lovely cityscape view; great location.
Disliked: Key cards weren't working properly and had to be re-keyed, but there was someone always at the front desk so it was only a slight inconvenience.

Liked: Walking distance to a ton of stuff. CoolView of the water.
Disliked: The pictures make it seem like the rounded condos/parking are part of the hotel. There were several towels that were dirty/stains.

Liked: Very clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds! Staff very helpful! Location great for the Merchandise Mart!
Disliked: I was at the merchandise mart but got so lost trying to navigate the hotel especially when I was trying to find the skywalk and ended up in the “mechanical” long hall of the building and couldn’t get back out so had to walk all the way back trying to carry my bags and in pain! Fortunately a very sweet cleaning lady helped me get to the skywalk!

Disliked: The bathrooms are really dated. my sink faucet was broken. this is something housekeeping should have notified maintenance about. The lobby coffee station was dirty and had no coffee. The computers to print were old and not working

Great staff, wonderful accommodations, perfect...

Liked: We stayed at the hotel for a concert at the House of Blues Chicago, and it was the perfect location! The hotel staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were comfortable, and the beds were great. The lobby was a nice spot to relax before the concert. We ordered food and drinks from the bar, and everyone loved the wings. The next morning, we had breakfast at Yolk, which is connected to the hotel. Everything worked out so well for us – we couldn’t be happier with the experience!
Disliked: The only thing we didn't love is the $200 damage deposit, but we understand why it's necessary.

Liked: It’s in a perfect spot, and the room was cute and clean.
Disliked: Thought the staff were rude. Also when we turned on the heater the room stank like feet for a couple of hours. It went away on its own but it was very gross. I paid over $200 for a one night stay and they still put out the additional $12 waters which felt like a slap in the face.
