Liked: Very helpful staff; very clean; lovely cityscape view; great location.
Disliked: Key cards weren't working properly and had to be re-keyed, but there was someone always at the front desk so it was only a slight inconvenience.

Very nice and well-maintained hotel...
Liked: Room was nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean. Public areas were attractive and well kept.
Disliked: Check in was a little slow; only two staff were checking in guests at 5:30 PM on a Thursday when I arrived.

Disappointing overpriced poor service dirty
Liked: Not a thing
Disliked: First greeting was -we are short staffed. Then sent us to a room that was already occupied and the key worked! Then our room was not clean-dirt surfaces insufficient towels. The room design was terrible. Poor lighting. A toilet at child height-maybe 14 inch bowl height-how very cheap and dangerous. Had to ask for sufficient towels the second night. Halls so very dark- not because it was a comtemporary design-just easier to hide the dirty stained carpeting. Yes this reservation was at the time of the internet security problems, but these things were not caused by that. We had assurances that they would makeup for the mixups and lack of service-but then were never addressed or contacted again during our stay. I would never recommend this hotel and I think Marriot should be ashamed of this location. The shower toiletries containers did not work. The metal soap dish just created a soggy mess-all cheaply appointed.

Liked: Need the $400….i stayed twice and have not received. VERY upsetting to ME. Will not return unless I receive by August 1, 2024.
Disliked: Have not received my $400…$200 for each stay. I would appreciate the GUARANTEE of receiving my money.
