Liked: Very helpful staff; very clean; lovely cityscape view; great location.
Disliked: Key cards weren't working properly and had to be re-keyed, but there was someone always at the front desk so it was only a slight inconvenience.

Liked: Location was great. Facilities felt new and were very clean.
Disliked: A bit of a tight space for cars but your valet and front desk staff made the entire process of parking and checking in effortlessly. They were really quite spectacular for it being such a ramped city space and their efforts would make me come back in the future and suggest this hotel to friends and family.

Great stay in a great...

Liked: The location can’t be beat! It’s within walking distance of all downtown Chicago’s major attractions and great restaurants. The complimentary continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. They had an assortment of breads/pastries, fresh cut fruit, eggs, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, waffles, bacon & sausage. The hotel bar is a nice place to grab a drink and something to eat after being out all day. I will stay here again when visiting the area.

Nonplused on everything but the...

Liked: Location was excellent, near food, night life, a dispensary, and daytime attractions.
Disliked: I ordered a queen bed and got a king. I'm tall, so a king isn't long enough to stretch my legs out at night. It was also very firm. Like no pillow top whatsoever. Temperature was also very cool. It was the most expensive room I've ever paid for and the least luxurious.

Liked: Room was nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean. Public areas were attractive and well kept.
Disliked: Check in was a little slow; only two staff were checking in guests at 5:30 PM on a Thursday when I arrived.
