Liked: Enjoyed the pool, spa and my son loved the playroom. The room is very spacious, the beds are so comfy. Very clean and beautiful decor. My son really enjoyed seeing the 2 fish tanks on the main floor in the lobby.
Disliked: This was my second time staying and both times the ATM didn't work. Vending machines are cash only. Restaurant is only open on the weekends. Room didn't have a microwave, but had a small fridge

Disappointing

Liked: Great space for kids to enjoy themselves
Disliked: No supervision! Playground torn down. Cinema was not working... inside pool way too many people.

Superb

Liked: The hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the huge playroom for kids and that there was a part for younger kids also. My son is 4 and he had such a great time. I was surprised at the size of our room. Was nice it had shower and bathtub. We had a standard queen room. The beds were super comfy.
Disliked: That the restaurant/bar is only open on weekends. The indoor pool could have been a little warmer. When I left just before the 11am check out time, the parking lot had not yet been cleaned from the snow through the night.

Liked: The location was charming.
Disliked: The odors in the cabins, the mold on the shower curtain, the water had a distinctive smell and the water would accumulate at the tiled entrance due to snow melting off from boots. No floor mat at the entrance so you’d get your socks wet and not have much space to remove your shoes. Also, heating was not working as expected, we set the thermometer in the sleeping area at max but didn’t work
