Liked: From the moment we walked in we were welcome by the staff. We received a free upgrade which was lovely, breakfast was lovely.

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent and very near the historical center of the city with all of the main attractions. The breakfast was beautifully set up in 2 sections: savory and sweet.
Disliked: My only issue was the heating. For me it was too hot in the room.

Enjoyable until we were confronted...

Disliked: Staff Member Frederica was a very rude person and should be attending to hotel guests.We received someone's else's laundry items and i called reception then brought them down to reception in good faith, Frederica got angry at us and she forced us to pay for them saying they were clearly ours and wouldn't take them off our bill. not to create a fuss I paid for them just so we could leave the hotel and not see her disgusting attitude again. Those laundry items remain at the hotel not with us. our room number was 104 Bagnara.
