Poor hotel security!!

Disliked: Hotel reception never answered the phone during the night when people in next room were having a violent and abusive fight, for hours, keeping us up all night. Unbelievable that nobody from the hotel was there to help. I demand a full refund please as we are still shocked by this awful experience!

Adequate. Would try a different...

Disliked: Windows and window treatments did not favor the view. Restaurants were open on a limited basis. Staff were generally nice. Room heating system was difficult to control. My wife loved the hot tubs on the deck and the swimming pool. Great location for skiers, mountain bikers, etc.
