Disliked: Breakfast was very poor on the second day they didn't have any English tea, and we were told that they could not get some.we didn't expect dogs in the next room which were barking when we arrived, and we had to change to an inferior room for one night.

Central hotel.

Liked: Location of the hotel was central but in a quiet location. Staff were very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and local knowledge. The hotels able to look after our bags prior to check in and after checking out.
Disliked: The walls in the hotel were paper thin and you heard everyone and everything.

Great location and great value...

Liked: The hotel is literally at the center of Old Quebec so everything can be done by foot from there. It’s by the Chateau and by the water so the view is amazing.The hotel offers free coffee, tea and juice all day and a place to eat and relax. The ambiance kind of reminded me of a hostel BUT more classy and with an older public. It was really enjoyable.Also, a very special mention to the whole staff who was extremely useful, nice and with whom I enjoyed great conversations.
Disliked: The room was a bit old looking (yellow walls) and the aeration system in the bathroom was extremely loud (but didn’t seem to be doing that good of a job).
