Liked: Location couldn’t of been better and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Building work was going on, which woke me a few times.Understand it has to happen though

Disliked: I had to leave the hotel one day in advance, checked-out as per instructions provided (within 11:00) but the hotel refused to refund me. Being charged for a service not used is not fair and not correct. Please check carefully before booking in this hotel.

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Liked: The bed was big and comfortable, we slept well. Room was clean and as expected. Staff were pleasant. We especially liked the complimentary drinks and snacks which were a lovely extra.
Disliked: A few things could do with an update. We didn’t like how the hotel room needed a physical key to open, including having to return the key every time we left the hotel. It’s picky but we didn’t think it was very ideal, especially for a 4*. The shower door also was an issue as the water kept coming out the door leaving the bathroom floor quite slippy afterwards.
