Liked: Extremely welcome staff and quick response to all questions and demands. Wonderful location and view towards a church.
Disliked: Lack of garbage bin in the main room.

Liked: The location of hotel is perfect!!!
Disliked: The room was a little bit dirty and there was a smell. Also the neighborhood was a bit noisy.

Liked: The staff is great. The receptionist was welcoming, helpful, and always available. We had to deal with an emergency and he went the extra-mile to support us. It made all the difference. The location is very central, 5-min walk from the Grand Place.

Good value but dont expect...

Liked: Location was good. Beds were comfy. Entrance was secure so no worries about random people entering. Can easily contact the receptionist with whatsapp. Room was spacious and didn't feel cramped.
Disliked: Windows are not soundproof so you can hear the outside quite easily. Bathroom was a bit grotty and the shower pane was installed incorrectly so water went everywhere. No kettle in the room to make yourself hot drinks.

Good location, dated property but...

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was pretty central and good for access to the Grand Place and other locations and well as good bars and restaurants. The property is very simple and the rooms are faded and dated with need for upgrade, however they are kept very clean. If you need a simple place to stay with a good location and aren’t planning to spend much time at the hotel then this place is fine.
Disliked: We stay two nights but with two nights in Brugge in between so had two different rooms. The second room was much better with a better window onto a street rather than an inner courtyard. The first room had two very small twin beds. The shower wasn’t the easiest to operate and the bathrooms are in need of updating.
