Liked: We loved the location everything was within walking distance, the location was in old Quebec and u couldn't get a better place for the price. The breakfast room was congested. Breakfast was 14.00 and perfect for price.
Disliked: Booking. Com could do better in explaining about hotel and parking, please be directly through the hotel otherwise parking is hastle

Perfect location in old Quebec...

Liked: Location is perfect. The hotel is located in old Quebec City. Super convenient in getting to the tourist spots just in a few minutes. Room is very clean and spacious. If you take train to Quebec City with medium or large luggage, better take a taxi to the hotel. Otherwise you had to go upward slope and stairs by walking to the hotel.
Disliked: The air conditioner in the room was very noisy.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and professional, the location was close to restaurants , main attractions and parking. The buffet breakfast was very good. All the personnel spoke English and French.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like.

A reliable and welcoming hotel...

Liked: Buffet breakfast was convenient. Room and bathroom spacious and comfortable, beds good.We come here for the central location in old town.
Disliked: Confusion over rights to parking in garage. On arrival we were told we could park on second night but not first night, till we protested.Cable TV has numerous listings under Guide but only about 5 channels that don't require subscription/payment. Not very welcoming.

Disliked: Had to carry luggage up the stairs in the old part. Would have liked assistance to carry suitcase up the stairs
