Ok. Below expectation. Rude staff...

Liked: Building was nice from the outside and in the main building however my room was down the back alleyway and did not feel very luxurious.
Disliked: Tiny rooms with odd smell shoved behind the building. Next to a pump room that was noisey. Staff were rude. No water for guests in rooms. Bathroom floor was dipped and unstable and bathroom was a bit gross. Not what I expected from photos.

Liked: The hotel has a lovely boutique feel and is in a superb location surrounded by shopping, eateries and transport. Presentation was excellent and the check in was seamless and reception very helpful. I felt the cost on a holiday weekend was excellent value for money.
Disliked: Our room was very compact.
