Good but could be better!

Liked: Its location, very convenient to stay just right next to the station.
Disliked: Soundproof is very bad, could even hear snoring from the room next door...

Liked: The location was fantastic, very central.
Disliked: We had issues with tge drainage in the room, but the staff fixed the following day.

I'll be back, hopefully with...

Liked: For a short stay ideal. All great. Location - super, just what we wanted... walking distance to the Eurostar, near centre. top. Lovely breakfast room with balcony....
Disliked: One tiny thing though, literally, the room was definitely too small. No space to spread a suitcase or sit comfortably. Although at arrival we were told we have one of the bigger rooms - nope, didn't happen.

Room too small -breakfast excellent

Liked: Breakfast was excellent with stunning views of Place de Gare Flandre.Great centrl location.
Disliked: The room was tiny even for a single. If it was two people it would have been ridiculous.

Would happily stay again.

Liked: Excellent location, near Eurostar and old town. Comfortable room, with kettle! Pleasant and helpful staff . Good breakfast.
Disliked: Noise from local bars at night, plus cleansing and deliveries in early morning may disturb some. (We slept well!)
