Excellent stay in great hotel...

Liked: Location was perfect-close to Eurostar and short walk to old town.Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.Hotel very clean.Breakfast was delicious and great value for money.€2 for locker on last day was convenient and saved us from carrying bags around all day.
Disliked: No air conditioning in room and fan was quite noisy.

Good Location and nice staff

Liked: Good location. Very close to the train station. Staff speak very good English, and are very nice. Bed is comfortable and the shower is good, too. Will stay here again if I visit Lille in the future:

Liked: Super-convenient location for an early train from Lille Flandres. Very nice staff. Clean. Basic but perfect for one overnight.
Disliked: The room was very hot even with the heating turned off. If you open the window, you have to contend with a very noisy industrial extractor fan next door, and the smell of chips. No A/C. It took about two hours for the room to be cool enough that we could fall asleep. The pillows have some kind of plastic protector, which makes a strange rustling noise and is not particularly comfy.

Liked: Perfect location opposite the train station and easy walking distance to sights, restaurants and centre of town. Simple but well presented room with all that was needed.

Liked: Great location in centre of Lille but downside was a noisy night.
