Clean hotel, lovely staff, great...

Liked: Location was brilliant being super close to Eurostar station & main Square
Disliked: It was quite noisy and looked out onto a concrete courtyard. Also overlooked so a need to keep curtains closed!

Superb

Disliked: It was noisy early in the morning due to waste collection lorries in front of the hotel.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is close to the train station and centre of the city.Comfy mattress and clean bathroom.
Disliked: Our room was quite small. Also it was located on the 1st floor at the front so it was noisy.Just a couple of hangers for clothes and not hangers for coats/ bags Not enough space to open suitcases.Breakfast could have some veggies too but it was decent.

Convenient and warm but wouldn’t...

Liked: Central location warm in bedroom.
Disliked: No heating in bathroom or toilet, no bedside tables. Haphazard housing keeping, no milk although coffee and teabags. Drinks cups were cardboard and weren’t replaced.
