Liked: Who ever does the hiring at the place needs a medal ! All staff are amazing ! Happy, friendly just have outstanding service for a hotel.

Could have been spectacular but...

Liked: Breakfast was amazing. Pool is spectacular. Location handy. Staff were absolutely lovely. Would be a nice place for family stay if not for issues experienced.
Disliked: There was a plumbing issue that meant when someone showered there was an incredibly loud screeech that sounded like a fire alarm. When I reported it to staff on the morning it was a known issue. Why would you give someone/a family a room that has that issue?? It meant all of the family was awoken at 6am when first adult left. I feel like we were given the bad room as we booked through a third party. When I reported it, I was told “oh yeah someone else reported that..” and a shrug and “well sorry about that!” For $500 I would expect to be able to sleep in comfortably. Disappointing.
