Liked: Lobby was pretty. Casual and elegant. Good vibes in the bar. Room was great. Large with couch and 2 shower areas. Very friendly staff. Sawmill market across the street. Free parking.
Disliked: Didn’t stay long enough.

Liked: Loved the property. The only downside was, a couple of the younger staff weren’t as knowledgeable about some of the options at the property that we inquired about.

Disliked: The hotel did not offer complimentary breakfast nor did it have a restaurant that offered breakfast. It offered room service breakfast but the room had no table and only one chair suitable for dining. The additional resort fee charge was unexpected, especially as we were not interested in any of the "resort" facilities. The bathroom sink was difficult to use and the room had no microwave and no way to get hot water for tea.

Hotel Chaco is a lovely...

Liked: This is a beautiful property with very nice amenities including a large fitness center, a nice pool and hot tub, and several interesting shops. The room was well laid out and very quiet. The staff is great -- they are very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: We reserved a king balcony room, but our balcony was small and without any furniture. It had a solid railing rather than the glass one shown in the photos. Since the weather was cool, this did not matter much. I mention it just an FYI that not all "balconies" are the same at this property.
