Liked: Because of a problem with our car we neeed ad hoc accomodation in Modena and booked this place through booking.com The guys at the hotel were extremely helpful, supported us in any possible way. a great place at a wonderful location, highly recommanded!

Amazing location and staff

Liked: The location is amazing, they offer parking and all associated to drive your car in the city center, usually not accessible. The building is old, but internal renovation is modern and cozy.Staff was always available to help and find a solution for you.
Disliked: Room and bathroom were cozy, but very small, I am not sure a longer stay would have been as comfortable.

Easy and economically stay in...

Liked: Central location near to markets.Easy check in and out and nice scent diffuser thing.
Disliked: I think the property tries to be eco-conscious. I personally do not give a shit about this theme because I prefer at least triple ply toilet paper, and I don’t like having upturned garbage bins for a bedside table, and an ancient rag for blinds.

Liked: The location is great, and the interiors are cozy and well decorated Our room was very silent and spacious for a family of 3. I also appreciate how clean it was and the staff that was extremely kind and attentive
Disliked: Nothing in particular - just important to highlight the lack of elevator and the fact that when we were there was the 1st of jan and there was not breakfast but plenty of coffee shops open around Our room could have more natural light but that was a minor

Great cozy stay for a...

Liked: It was a cozy room that provided what you needed for a couple nights. I’d recommend staying for a short period of time as it is small and more comfortable for this type of stay. Very warm for winter which was great!
Disliked: There was no sunlight at all and the lights were very very dim. I think that’s the vibe of the place. Even at 10am in the morning it felt like it was still night time.

Stylish independent hotel, friendly staff

Liked: Lovely little hotel, industrial chic decor, room quiet with blackout blinds. Super friendly staff and a good breakfast. Steps from all the sights, bars and restaurants. What’s not to like?

Great location, peaceful, and reliable

Liked: The location is absolutely in the heart of the city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay. The restaurant next door is very nice - thank you for the recommendation!
Disliked: very minor - the knobs for hanging the towels in the bathroom need to be bigger.
