Disliked: Whilst aware restaurant under renovation, unaware bar not open, rooms tired, need double glazing as on floor 5 got little sleep due to traffic or revellers heading home at all hours,

Never again, not worth the...

Liked: The hotel is very well located in a great neighborhood of Mexico City.
Disliked: We have booked a junior suite and were absolutely disappointed with facilities. The room was dirty with hairs on the floor on the floor and the bed. In a junior suite especially at that price we at least expected air conditioning, but there was none, there wasn’t even a small fridge to keep drinks cool. And reading before bed was impossible as there were no reading lights and turning on the over head light brightened the room like in daylight. Apart from all that even being on the 6th floor it was very noise from the street level. After staying for one night, we needed to look for some other hotel. The hotel didn’t even ask why we checked out and neither provided a partial refund or compensation. In the many years of having travelled a lot and experienced different hotels, I must say this was the worst experience in the last 30 years of travelling. I can only warn people to book this hotel, it is absolutely not worth any of the money spent. And just as an advice to fellow travelers 2 blocks away is the IBIS hotel for a much better price, better rooms and much friendlier staff.

Nice hotel. Outdated rooms.

Liked: Friendly staff. Large suites. Amazing views of the city. Complimentary popcorn in the lobby. Views from the rooftop pool were awesome.
Disliked: The beds and decor are really outdated. Everything was clean and comfy but the vibes of the room were really old. White fluorescent lights gave it a cold touch.
