Perfect location, decent room ,...

Liked: Easy to find , the room was decent , the location perfect to walk almost every important place . It was clean though it was some dust on floor could be better . Moneywise cheaper compare to other considering the location but overall building/room is not worth that money alone for sure.
Disliked: Reception closes at 8 pm meaning i have to carry a bunch of keys to get in , building is old which is okay I guess but main issue was the arrangement u enter on ground floor there is an old elevator that fits on person that takes you only to first floor ( i press 2nd and 3rd didn't work at all ) on first floor there is the reception then after you get your keys you go to other floor above the was an inner at reception that was better and the reception guy told us it's for luggage but let use it anyway. Overall wasn't anything very bad it is a bit strange tho going up and down , 1by 1 half way stairs half way elevator etc

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The smell of smoke in the staircase, constantly. It was sickening. The lack of a receptionist between 9.30 and 10.30 (Booking.com say they are there between 8-20). I did not have the option to leave my luggage with no recetionist even for a few hours.

Perfect Location and Convenience:)

Liked: The location was perfect as it was on a relatively lively street with lots of shops, restaurants, the Medici Museum and right next to a small supermarket where you can buy pretty much everything!
Disliked: The WiFi didn't reach my room well (street side), so I had to work all day in the common space. We were offered to move to another room when we reported the issue. However, it was a smaller room, so we didn't take it.

Good Location, Great staff, poor...

Liked: The location was great, room clean and easy check-in. Would recommend for travelers that just need a place to sleep at night.
Disliked: I work remotely and was never able to get the wifi/internet in my room working.

Good option in the heart...

Liked: Well located in the historical center and with many attractions and good restaurants within walking distance.The hotel is inside ZTL area (in case you come by car) - the suggestion is to park in Garage Sant'Orsola, just behind the hotel, where they can remove any ZTL tariff from your car.
Disliked: The building hall smells cigarettes.Wifi connection is terrible - it only works in the reception floor.Bad sound insulation.
