Ripped off and angry

Liked: Splurged to stay at this nice newer hotel. Over $300 / night. Room nice. Access to bar and food expected.
Disliked: Bill total $480 ... parking, 2 drinks, 2 small meals , room. Yikes.Charged for parking, which was defined as free on booking.com. We actually parked on the street. Overcharged for dinner. Charged for wine we did not order. Asked to have charges removed upon receiving bill at checkout, told 'will look into it', but one week later still no correction to bill. And, no response to messages about these fraudulent charges that I sent to hotel via booking.com. I am angry.

Liked: Rian was very friendly and very helpful. We felt very welcome.
Disliked: The bar was disappointing. It seemed like the bartender was having a bad day, and his customer service was non-existent.

Liked: Our coffee maker didn't work in our room. Other than that all was good.

Very good

Liked: Location was great for our trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet area, alot of places to in the area.
Disliked: Didnt have a place to put clothes; only a closet. Not many hangers. Surprised about the parking fee.

Disliked: No toiletries by the sink in the bathroom
