Liked: The location is very good and accessible from the rail station. The staff was very accommodating and checked us in early when we arrived. Good for a short visit in Bologne.

Very good

Liked: Excellent location - close to both the city centre and the paid car park. All staff are super cooperative and proactive. Breakfast was good, especially if you are into pastries. Having a window in the bathroom was a real treat.
Disliked: The bathroom is very small and the shower cabin is even smaller - even getting in and out is an issue. The water pressure is weak so it takes forever to take a shower. The bed is somewhat hard and the pillows are even harder, plus you need to sleep on two as they are pretty thin, too.

Disliked: I was made to pay 350 Euro for a Shower Panel that exploded and Shattered on its own after I just brushed against it.

Liked: The staff was very kind and the location was excellent, very near the piazza maggiore. The breakfast was full and very delicious.

Disliked: I found it quite dirty. The was hair everywhere, felt like the room had been cleaned in 2mins. Paid 80€ for a night but the room was basic and the bathroom and room floor had hair everywhere.
