Excellent hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Excellent location. Clean, comfortable and helpful staff.
Disliked: Lifts were variable. Because they use an iPad to control them rather than simple buttons that have worked for hundreds of years. If the touchscreen crashed, the lift was out of service while it restarted. For some strange reason, there is a robot to clear tables in the breakfast room. It is pretty pointless. It attracts children who think it’s a toy and people taking selfies which clogs the whole room up. Very inefficient. Breakfast room needs another couple of tables as well.

Disliked: Misleading information about the parking in the hotel - there are no places or we were not offered one. The room was dirty - there were hair and dust on the floor, especially in the bathroom. Room was smelly. It was extremely hot in the room despite of having the windows opened through the whole night. One fan is not enough for the room. The bed was also smelly. For one night it was okay but I do not recommend for a longer stay.
