Very good

Liked: Superb location, easy to walk around the key sights, easy parking, great view of the main square from the room, roof top bar.
Disliked: The hotel can not control the awful sound and light show in the town square that went on beyond 10pm but they should control the movement of furniture in the bar upstairs after closing which kept us awake.It was very inconsiderate.

Liked: Good position
Disliked: Typical 60-70’s Sovjet building. Room not clean, not change the cup paper that was with Tea water stained (See the attached photo), very bad quality and uncomfortable pillow, small Wash room, Old and damaged like trash furniture, TV dose not work etc. I could not understand how it Could be a 4 star hotel with such a bad quality. It is definitely not valuable for 4 star hotel, Maybe 1-2 star.

Liked: Right on main square, lots of restaurants and pubs close by. 2 tram stops to the main station and 10 mins walk to the football stadium. Room is a bit dated but clean and nice for 1/2 nights stay. Breakfast included in price
Disliked: Bed was a bit hard but that’s personal preference

Beautiful views in the heart...

Liked: Lovely stay in the heart of Plzen, great view of the square and a beautiful sunset and sunrise, lovely staff and the gym and free breakfast were added bonuses

Perfect location to visit Plzen...

Liked: Right at the main square of Plzen so the historic center is within walking distance. The hotel has a closed parking lot for about 12 cars in the neighbouring street (20 meters from the hotel's entrance), price is favourable.Heating in the room can be adjusted individually, we were there in winter so no aircon was not an issue for us. The bathroom was spacious, the bed was OK. Breakfast has great choice of hot and cold, sweet and salty and fruits. There is a robot waiter collecting the dishes: not very efficient but certainly amusing.
