Clean; warm; friendly; quirky; ideally situated near to the venue and the town and not too far to walk to the sea front.

Liked: Near the venue (Bournemouth International Centre)!

This hotel is open to the public and they are able to book for parties etc. On the night I stayed there was an 18th birthday party, a 21st birthday party and a hen night - rather noisy at times!

Liked: As it is under refurbishment the ground floor was looking very nice and clean.
Disliked: Had to run the cold water tap in the sink for a minute as it ran hot to start with, but it actually took 4-5 minutes to run cold. Breakfast was from 8am - 10am, but arrived at breakfast at 8.15am to find the full english was only slightly warm and not hot. Some carpets are rather worn.

Liked: Clean and quirky hotel with cool decor. I was met by nice and friendly staff, upon checking in I was offered free room upgrade to a newly refurbished double room which was very kind of the staff. The room was lovely, big bathroom with shower/bath very nice facilities. I was booked in for one night originally but ended up staying for 2 extra nights on top of that.
Disliked: There was no hair dryer in the room I had to go downstairs to ask which was annoying but not a huge deal. When departing the hotel I was about 10 minutes later than check out and was asked kindly by staff to leave which was understandable I wasn’t quite ready but I said I’d only be another 15 minutes yet I had to pay for an hour for late check out.

Exceptional

Liked: Once again the staff were brilliant and the superior room is well worth the extra money. We had the David Bowie room. We have also stayed in the Benny Hill room! Loads of space in the room. The bar and lounge are great to chill out in. Lots of fun is to be had here. Thank you Team Hotel Celebrity.
