Clean; warm; friendly; quirky; ideally situated near to the venue and the town and not too far to walk to the sea front.

Liked: Near the venue (Bournemouth International Centre)!

This hotel is open to the public and they are able to book for parties etc. On the night I stayed there was an 18th birthday party, a 21st birthday party and a hen night - rather noisy at times!

Liked: As it is under refurbishment the ground floor was looking very nice and clean.
Disliked: Had to run the cold water tap in the sink for a minute as it ran hot to start with, but it actually took 4-5 minutes to run cold. Breakfast was from 8am - 10am, but arrived at breakfast at 8.15am to find the full english was only slightly warm and not hot. Some carpets are rather worn.

Great staff, location, and overall...

Liked: The staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent and is good value for money.
Disliked: There was a family staying in the room next to me, and unfortunately they were very noisy at unsociable hours. The staff however offered me an alternative room to move to as an option.

Lovely stay.

Liked: Price, Courtesy upgrade for our anniversary.
Disliked: Communal areas are a little dated, but i think are in the process of being re-done.
