Excellent location

Liked: Superb location
Disliked: Booking confirmed Breakfast included and additional daily $20 food / drink allowance per room. Be aware no restaurant in hotel, so no breakfast, shop items to purchase from the bar and $20 allowance has to be used by 11am or it expires. Booking.com should make this clear when booking.

For San Francisco this place...

Liked: Great place and well situated near Fisherman’s Wharf. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Disliked: Bed mattress was a bit firm for me.

Disliked: Our daughter sadly left something important to her in our room when we left. Despite multiple emails and a phone call we have had no help from anyone at the hotel to find it.

Great location, friendly staff

Liked: Hotel is great, we liked the location. Suitable for public transportation and has a parking area. Parking was expensive (it is expensive for the other hotels as well) the staff were friendly. I wish the room had a mini refrigerator and a microwave oven.Thanks for the friendly staff.
