Beware - Extra charges and...

Liked: Only the location.
Disliked: Beware! Holding charges took so long to be refunded. It's been a month now, and I still haven't received the credit to my account.

Staff were great, friendly and...

Liked: Great location, close to the wharf, rooms had a great view
Disliked: Guests in the room next to us were up till 2am chatting and laughing loudly. We could hear them from our room.

Great location, friendly staff!

Liked: Friendly staff, great location, big common spaces. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but there are many cafés and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
