Never stay here

Liked: Location is ideal for shopping and bus/metro to other places
Disliked: The hotel is rather dated no usb/c to quick charge electronics and no adapters for customers to loan. The carpet looks really really dirty.

Very good

Liked: Staff were great, room clean, quiet and comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is great all the main attractions not far away, metro nearby. Lots of cafes and restaurants within the area.

Excellent location, friendly staff and...

Liked: Breakfast had a good range of options hot and cold. And excellent choice of bread.The hotel also provide a wide range of snacks available all day for free in the dining area. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Carpet in reception is horribly dated and off putting but the only thing wrong!

Great location but small outdated...

Liked: The main advantages of the hotel was the fantastic location and very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Room was tiny, no air-conditioning made for a very stuffy room, the carpets and corridors were grubby, the decor tacky, certainly not worth £275 a night a room, not including breakfast
