It was a comfortable stay...

Liked: The location was ok and located within good proximity to a train station and local bus stops and also the big bus company bus stop
Disliked: Our room had no view out of the window. I personally don’t think that should be allowed. I wish I’d taken a picture but there really wasn’t any point.It was noisy at irritating times because workers would be cleaning but making an obscene amount of noise.

Excellent location, very nice hotel!

Liked: As with my previous stays at this hotel, it met my expectations: location, room, breakfast, staff.
Disliked: For "fine tuning", more attention to the requests formulated in the correspondence before arrival would be nice.

Horrible stay because of the...

Liked: Hotel located off opera and Printemps. Breakfast was plentiful and a large selection of pastries/bed
Disliked: The room was sprayed with awful deodorant . The chambermaid probs my emptied the all spray. We had to leave the room and leave the windows open. We arrived later same thing and we left our windows open all night. The good thing we were in the courtyard but no privacy. I would not recommend this hotel. We could have asked to change room but upon complaining to the receptionist she was not surprised if my complaint. I hope the supervisor will inspect room before or let the staff know one spray is enough. People have allergies and for me I’m very sensitive to smell. I ended up having a migraine and not fun for a long flight home to Vancouver.

Lovvvved the 24/7 food and...

Liked: Location was ideal. Close enough to the main tourist attractions but also in its own unique neighborhood. Surrounded by metro stations. Grocery down the street was so convenient with restaurants and shopping all around.
Disliked: We reeeally needed early check in. I tried to request it in advance but they only said it would be possible “based on availability “. When we got there jet lagged off our plane at 8 am our room was not ready and we had to wander around like zombies till 3pm when it was finally available.
