Disliked: The credit card I used to guarantee my reservation was declined twice just before my arrival which is strange since I used the same card for other reservations and payments without any problems! At the hotel, I still could not pay , even when using another CC ( hotel staff told me the limit was exceeded) . I then called my CC provider who informed me that no limit was exceeded and all was okay. I went back to the check- in desk who suggested to make 2 separate payments(50/50 of the total amount) which indeed worked. I found this whole experience very strange and stressfull. The room we got was also very disappointing ( junior suite?.) It was small and dark. We then found out that the safe was not functioning and after several failed attempts the hotel decided to give us an upgrade to the new Pyramid tower. This room was great and after checking the price on the website I noticed the price was the same as my original reservation, so I wonder why I was not allocated this room in the first place??

Liked: breakfast was not included, their restaurant is very good, ate there a coule times.
Disliked: One night had street cleaning noise outside my room, the street was cleaned at 1:00 am and they did a very good job, too loud in the room. They have bright lights pointing at the building and the light was always inside the room, curtains can't cover the light.
