Disliked: I normally filter any hotel to have parking and when l check out the asked for 28 euros per night for the parking which no one mentioned to me before check in and they just mentioned it in hidden place in website if l know I will keep the car outside or in public parking

Liked: The staff. Their attention to detail is superb. It was my father's 76th birthday. They brought a cake with the 76 number candles at breakfast. Then they left a box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne in their room that we enjoyed in the patio that night. My father truly appreciated it. Great professionalism, and attention to detail.

Liked: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Passeig de Gracia hotel, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendliness and attentiveness were truly remarkable.The breakfast spread was very good, offering a great variety to suit all tastes. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to return!.

Liked: The building have a great location, our bedroom on top floor was really nice. All the staff was also nice. Breakfast had many gluten free options
Disliked: The base of the bed should be changed.
