Liked: Great place with friendly staff
Disliked: Leave the bathroom door in 304 slightly ajar as it can lock you in, and the only way out is climbing through the small window to your demise down the sheer face of the building.

Liked: The location is nice.
Disliked: I booked 1 room with 2 full beds. continental breakfast included. When we arrived, they were giving us 1 room with 1 bed. The Receptionist had made us to pay for another extra $100 cash, or, $136 if I will use credit card. I paid $100 cash since I forgot to bring my credit card. I have to remind her 3x before she gave receipt (I have a proof). The reason for the extra payment according to the Receptionist, my reservation was wrong (it wasn't true), she suggested to me to contact booking.com to cancel if I will not pay extra fee; and, the room was so dirty, I took a picture. I asked them to vacuum. When the Cleaner arrived to vacuum, she was annoyed with us for complaining. It was so frustrating, The next morning, there was no continental breakfast as promised, only coffee with an expired creamer. I have we are 3 old senior ladies to be treated this way to experience this kind of treatment, The Hotel is filthy and old, the receptionist was very unprofessional (why asked for $100 cash anyway with a receipt that wasn't official, where did the $100 go?), and the house cleaner gave us a bad attitude. We got to stay anyway because we only had a short stay to waste time to find another place to sleep. Not to mention, I spoke to the 4 seniors in the lobby, they said that they were not trustworthy.

Liked: Location! The massage chair in the lobby!! The front porch. The view of the bay out my bedroom window. Funky charm.
Disliked: Fringe-free - No WiFi - no cell service in the hotel. Nutrigrain bars and instant oatmeal constituted continental breakfast. No washcloths in the bathroom. No glasses or bottled water in the room. A lot of wear and tear - clubfoot tub needed reglazing, the screen on bedroom window was torn - worried bugs would get in since open windows was the AC.

Good place to stay for...

Liked: Clean room, good location.
Disliked: No elevator, but not really a problem.
