For the cost of the...

Liked: Location, cleanliness
Disliked: No one was at the desk during checkin time or it seemed like, the rest of the evening. I know labor costs are high, but having someone man the check-in desk from 3pm to 8pm should be a bare minimum. They just had a sign saying call this number, and someone would come down. Not a good look or first impression. Especially when you have just hiked 24.5 miles on the TCT and are quickly looking to get your room key, shower, eat dinner, and sleep.

It was a lovely stay,...

Liked: The classic style of the hotel. We took the time on Christmas to just relax & have a drink on the balcony.
Disliked: I didn't like that we had to leave. We will be back
