Liked: Great location in Centro, safe and walking distance to Zocalo and other nearby attractions. A few minutes walk to the metro and access to more distant attractions. Property was very clean, bed comfortable, and hot water shower. Usual CDMX noisefrom very busy streets of Centro. Elevator, front desk staff, porter and door man for convenience. Hotel restaurant serves a good cup of coffee and delicious food and also provides room service.
Disliked: All was good.

The cleaner Blanca is lovely...

Liked: The guys from the reception are very polite.Also, there is a cleaner called Blanca, which is always working hard and by hard.
Disliked: The traffic around the hotel at the peaks home is heavy.

Liked: All the members of the staff were very good. The hotel is on a very good street and close to cathedral and it was very easy to go and sea it. Thank you to the people that work there!

It was my 1st time...

Liked: The location is excellent. It is close to the Cathedral Metropolitana de la Cuidad de Mexico. It is about 10 minutes' walk from the hotel to the Cathedral and 15 to 20 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel. I took Uber, which cost about $10 MX. It was a good location, but the hotel did not have many good cafes or restaurants around compared to the Rome district. I felt safe walking around the hotel until 8:00 p.m. The hotel restaurant was good. The hotel gave me complimentary water.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi is tricky; the Wi-Fi settings from the front desk to every floor and the restaurant are also different. The room bathroom has no fan, so you must open the window when you shower. You can hear noise outside. At 4 a.m., I heard people talking loudly, waking me up. I don't know who they were or whether they were hotel staff or guests. I shat the bathroom window, but it did not help a lot. You should bring your conditioner and lotion because they do not have any. The shower does not have very hot water (it is hot enough to shower, but I like to be hotter). In the morning, I showered, and my hair smelled rust. There are no face towels at all. Only one hand towel is available for one room. No drawers in the room.
