Disliked: Front desk person could not understand English, she had a hard time spelling names. It was hard to understand her. Also the glass partition restricted the ability to hear, causing more confusion.

Overall great place to stay

Liked: Location was great for our concert at the casino
Disliked: Lighting in the room and bathroom. Very dim to almost dark. And bathroom sink did not drain well

Great but assistance was limited...

Disliked: When we arrived at 12:00 on the25th clerk said we would have to wait until 3:00 which was ok. But then he expanded to say it could be 4:00!

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: Staff was very sweet. Everyone greeted you kindly, especially the cleaning staff. The lobby & rooms were very spacious & clean & bathrooms were huge. Love the shower!! The hub pub was amazing & delicious.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable. Usually, I find the mattress too firm but my partner who can sleep on any mattress also felt the same way. Also, there was six small pillows on the bed but they were all of low quality & I woke up with a sore neck.
