Comfortable Homebase in the Metropolis
Liked: As always great location convenient to easy transportation links to Chapultepec Park and/or Zocalo, not to mention being right in the centre of a neighbourhood with great food and cafes. The inner courtyard was like an outdoor living room that added value and comfort to the stay, while the friendly atmosphere and staff made it a 'home away from home.'
Disliked: Some street noise at night but forgivable considering we stayed around Dia de Muertos.

Nice relaxing hotel in the...
Liked: Great little hotel in the middle of Mexico City! Felt like a nice quiet tree covered respite from the hustle of the city. Great price, kind staff, cute rooms, & daily room cleanings (most big hotel chains don’t even do that anymore). I also really liked the courtyards filled with trees, fountains, and lights where you could relax outside. 5 stars!
Disliked: My only note would be that there’s no sign outside to let you know that it’s a hotel, but if you follow the directions sent to you via your hotel booking app/website, you’ll be good!

Quiet, comfortable, great value.
Liked: Excellent value for a quiet, comfortable and safe hotel. Location is great as it’s adjacent to great neighborhoods and parks. Surrounded by delicious food. The courtyard is beautiful and the staff is lovely and makes a great breakfast. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to CDMX.
Disliked: Everything was great

Pleasant
Liked: Great location near Reforma avenue with easy access to lots of restaurants and many tourist attractions. Within 3 or 4 minutes from a metrobus stop in Reforma avenue. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. The hotel itself has nice outdoor spaces to sit on and relax in the middle of the city but the weather was rainy during our stay.
Disliked: Floorboards were really squeaky as it was a wooden floor, it made a noise everytime you took a step. That wasn't a deal breaker but it was annoying and probably more so for the room under us.It'd have been nice to have coffee facilities in the room.Bathroom had standard bar soaps but no body wash.

Wonderful, memorable, a one in...
Liked: The people. The staff. The management.
Disliked: Nothing specific. Yes the hotel could do with some upgrades but not to the extent of loosing its old world charm and tradition. It’s a hotel which has a lot of character. A throw back in time. And its staff & management reflect this. Unlike new hotels which are impersonal here it feels like a home away from home. I had an unfortunate accident : it was late and there was minimal staff. I had to be hospitalised. The entire team including the manager and his wife rallied around me and stayed with me almost like family members. They used their personal vehicle to take me to the hospital & bring me back. NO HOTEL IN THE WORLD would have done this. I recommend this place to anyone. A remarkable experience that I will always cherish. It speaks to the “Mexican character and culture”. I love Mexico and will tell people back home if you haven’t visited Mexico : do it now. Add it to your bucket list. The people are warm and friendly & helpful. This hotel is ‘ unique’.

Perfecto!!!! Thanks so much for...
Liked: This was the most lovely airbnb we have stayed in. The hosts and staff have been incredibly helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The tub is a bit old and the dinner at the on-site restaurant was good, but maybe not fabulous. But those were small things, greatly overshadowed by how wonderful everything else was.
