Not so happy about accomodation

Liked: Hotel is very basic. The room were we stayed had no view and was in a very bad hotel location, right abow the kitchen. Hotel location is great, right across Basilica di Sant'Antonio di Padova.

Liked: The staff were friendly, but the room was a disappointment. It was large but spartan. There was no comfortable chair to relax on, and the desk was tiny. Most of all, the WiFi was so weak I had to sit in the doorway to use it. Breakfast was okay.

Liked: The breakfast was ok compared to all other elements.
Disliked: The room and the bed were very small. It was not located in the main hotel building. This information should have been shared before the booking. I had booked the hotel based on its location in the San Antonio Basilica, but the allocated room was entirely inside a different building. There was no staff at the building. I was upset and disappointed as the hotel was not cheap. I would like a refund.
