Liked: Room was super comfy
Disliked: No gluten free options dedicated for celiacs.Also my room was far from the reception and they didn't give me reception phone numbers.

Liked: I liked the location near by the piazza and the staf was very gentle
Disliked: I booked a different bed and they gave me another,the air conditioner wasnt working well and the towels needed to be replaced because even if they were very much cleaned but were very thin which means very used
